Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Payment
All registrations are final once payment is received. By registering for an Archimedes Mobile Pump School (AMPS) event, the participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Cancellations, Transfers & Substitutions
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute participant is allowed at no extra charge. On certain occasions, and at the discretion of AMPS, it may be possible to transfer your course booking to a later date, subject to availability.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so by email at least seven (7) working days prior to the course start date. In this case, no cancellation charge will apply. For any cancellations received fewer than seven (7) working days before the course start date, a 50% cancellation charge will apply.

3. Inclement Weather & Course Cancellation
AMPS reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to instructor illness, equipment failure, or facility issues).
If a course is cancelled by AMPS, it will be rescheduled where possible. If a delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they may either:
Transfer their booking to a later course date, or receive a full refund.

4. Transportation
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event location. Pump Training School assumes no responsibility or liability for travel delays, missed sessions, or expenses related to transportation, lodging, or meals.

5. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that pump training involves physical activity, equipment operation, and potential hazards. Attendance and participation are voluntary, and participants assume all risks associated with participation in the training.

6. Liability Waiver
AMPS, its instructors, staff, affiliates, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred by a participant during or as a result of participation in the training, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or equipment damage.

7. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. AMPS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

8. Compliance & Conduct
Participants agree to follow all safety instructions, policies, and directions provided by instructors and staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
